GIFT CARD TERMS OF USE

1. The Gift Card can only be redeemed at the TEO Kifissia hair salon for which the purchase was made.

2. The amount of the Gift Card can be deducted from the total account of the Beneficiary/customer of the salon, whether it concerns services or the purchase of products. It cannot be redeemed for cash, but can only be exchanged for services and products of equal or greater value to the amount stated on the Gift Card, paying the difference.

3. The Gift Card is personal and may not be transferred to another person by the beneficiary who is explicitly listed as "Beneficiary" during the online purchase from teo.gr. (including the buyer of the Gift Card). It can be redeemed by showing the Gift Card and the unique code it carries.

4. The Gift Card is valid for 6 months.

5. If no text accompanying the Gift Card is written on the order form, the Gift Card is still valid and will be sent with the name/surname to the customer who makes the purchase in electronic form or will be updated by phone or SMS.

6. The hair salon is not responsible for any incorrect information of the Beneficiary or the customer who purchases the Gift Card. In any case, the salon will take all necessary actions to facilitate the process of returning the Gift Card to the recipient - buyer of the Gift Card).

7. No personal information is stored for future use by TEO Hair Salon except for the period of time to process the return of the Gift Card.

8. No refunds are given under any circumstances.

9. The acquisition of the Gift Card cannot under any circumstances be the subject of advertising or other promotional activities. In this case the Gift Card is cancelled.

10. The Gift Card is a title to the bearer. The holder is solely responsible for the use and safekeeping of the Gift Card. The Gift Card is not replaced in case of theft, loss or destruction. Nevertheless, the TEO salon can replace the card in case of a change in its format.

11. Gift cards originally obtained in any illegal way are null and void and cannot be used to purchase products, nor can the relevant price be refunded.

12. The purchase and/or use of the Gift Card implies full acceptance of the above terms and conditions, which have been made available to the customer upon purchase.
